Prime Strategy Logo Usage Rules\u00a0<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

1. Purpose\u00a0
The Prime Strategy Logo Usage Rules stipulate basic rules regarding the use of various trademarks, logos, characters, marks, etc., of Prime Strategy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cCompany\u201d) and KUSANAGI ultra-fast CMS platform, MAGATAMA general-purpose RAG, etc., provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as \u201cCompany Logos, etc.\u201d) (the Company Logos, etc., specifically refer to the downloadable materials listed at the end of these Guidelines).\u00a0
Users who wish to use the Company Logos, etc., may use the Company Logos, etc., free of charge, only within the scope stipulated in these Guidelines, without obtaining a separate license from the Company.\u00a0
When the User uses the Company Logos, etc., they shall be deemed to have agreed to the Logo Usage Rules and these Guidelines.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Attribution of Rights\u00a0
Any and all rights (including but not limited to copyrights and trademark rights, etc.) in and to the Company Logos, etc., belong to the Company.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Purpose of Use\u00a0
Users may use the Company Logos, etc., only in the following cases.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Using them for the purpose of explaining the Company\u2019s services; or\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Using them for the purpose of indicating that a user has an affiliated relationship with the Company and indicating such affiliation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    4. Unauthorized Use (Prohibited Act)\u00a0
    When using the Company Logos, etc., users must not conduct the following acts.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Use the Company Logos, etc., for any purpose other than the purpose of use under the preceding Article without obtaining a separate license from the Company;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Transform, process or alter the Company Logos, etc.;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Use the Company Logos, etc., as part of another company\u2019s product name, service name, trademark, logo, company name, etc.;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Use the Company Logos, etc., in a way that could suggest any employment relationship, affiliated relationship, partnership, etc., with the Company, or any approval, sponsorship, recommendation, etc., by the Company, without obtaining a separate license from the Company;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Use the Company Logos, etc., in a way that could slander or defame the Company or its services, or undermine its reputation;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Use the Company Logos, etc., in any media containing illegal content, content related to anti-social forces, obscene content, or content that violates public order and morals; or\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Use the Company Logos, etc., in any manner that the Company deems inappropriate at its discretion.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      5. User\u2019s Responsibility\u00a0
      In the case where the Company determines that a user is using the Company Logos, etc., in violation of the Logo Usage Rules or Guidelines, the Company may suspend the user from further use.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Disclaimer\u00a0
      The Company shall assume no liability for any damages incurred by users due to the Company Logos, etc.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. Changes to Logo Usage Rules and Guidelines\u00a0
      The Company may modify these Guidelines at any time without prior notice if it deems such modifications necessary. The modified Guidelines shall take effect when posted in an appropriate location on the Company\u2019s website. When users continue to use the Company Logos, etc., even after the modification, they shall be deemed to have accepted the modified Guidelines.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction\u00a0
      The Logo Usage Rules shall be governed by Japanese laws.\u00a0
      Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Company Logos, etc., between users and the Company shall be subject to the agreed exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
